    For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

    UAE Returns:

    Return shipment within UAE will be covered by the customer 20 Aed charge will be applicable .

    UAE Exchange:

    We have 7 days exchange policy from the date of purchase, we can exchange same item in different size or offer store credit,Exchange shipment within UAE will be covered by us (for first time only otherwise 20 Aed charge will be applicable ).

    For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

    International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@risska.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

    If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

    All Sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Please note that order processing time during sale can take 2-3 days. 

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds:

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.  

    Card Payments:

    If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment (card payment only) within 10-14 business days.

    Cash payments : 

    We do not offer refunds for cash payments (COD) for cash on delivery orders you will receive a store credit. (Our store credits are valid for 1 year )

     

     

    UAE Shipping:

    - We offer free Shipping within UAE for all orders 

    - Express shipping in Dubai  2-4 Hours for all orders placed before 12 pm with charge of 30 AED 

    - For other Emirates All orders will be delivered in 1-2 buisness days if order placed before 12 pm 

     

    International Shipping:

    - We offer free shipping to GCC countries for Orders above 1000 

    - Additional customs fees or duties may also apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

    - We Ship Next Day to GCC Countries with DHL EXPRESS

    - We Ship to the rest of the world in 3 to 5 business days.

     

    Please note that delivery times may change depending on the time of the year, holidays periods , weekends and Ramadan. International shipping may also have extended delivery times depending on customs clearance procedures in different countries.

     

    We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping / Delivery address for an order. If the a wrong delivery address is provided, Risska cannot offer reimbursement for this package.please make sure you provide us with the correct information.
